Followtronics is built with privacy as the foundation. We access only publicly available data and never require your X password or authentication tokens.
What We Store
✅ Information We Collect:
- • Your email address (for account management and order receipts)
- • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe - we never see your card)
- • Extracted follower data (public usernames, bios, follower counts)
- • Usage analytics (pages visited, features used)
❌ What We Do NOT Collect:
- • Your X password - ever
- • Private messages or DMs
- • Protected or private account data
- • Any data not publicly visible on X
How We Get Follower Data
We use authorized third-party data providers to access publicly available X profile information. This is the same data anyone can see by visiting a public X profile.
- • We only access public profiles and public follower lists
- • We cannot access private/protected accounts
- • Data collection complies with applicable data protection laws
Data Retention
Extracted follower data is stored for 30 days to allow you to re-download your export. After 30 days, export data is automatically deleted. You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
