How does Followtronics work?
Followtronics exports follower data from any public X (Twitter) account. Simply enter a username, and we'll extract the complete follower database with detailed profile information. For paid exports, we include Grok-powered AI analysis with insights on audience demographics, engagement patterns, and follower quality.
Is Followtronics free?
Yes! Accounts with under 500 followers are completely free to export. For larger accounts, we use pay-per-export pricing starting at $2.99, with no subscription required. Pricing scales based on follower count.
What data can I export?
You can export complete follower profiles including username, display name, bio, follower/following counts, location, verification status, profile picture URLs, and account creation dates. Data is available in CSV, JSON, and Excel formats.
Is this legal?
Yes. Followtronics only accesses publicly available data that anyone can view on X (Twitter). Courts have ruled that collecting public data is legal (hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn, 2022). We comply with all applicable data protection laws.
How long does an export take?
Most exports complete in 2-5 minutes, regardless of follower count. Small accounts (under 10K followers) typically finish in under 2 minutes. Larger accounts may take up to 5 minutes.
What is Grok analysis?
Grok analysis is an AI-powered presentation that analyzes your follower data to provide insights on audience demographics, engagement patterns, follower quality (bot detection), geographic distribution, and key trends. It's included free with all paid exports.
Can I export any X account?
Yes! You can export followers from any public X account - your own, competitors, industry leaders, or any account of interest. We cannot access private or protected accounts.
Do you store my X password?
No. Followtronics never asks for or stores your X credentials. We only access publicly available data. Your account security is never compromised.
What formats can I download?
We provide follower data in three formats: CSV (for Excel/Google Sheets), JSON (for developers), and Excel (.xlsx) with formatted tables. All formats contain the same complete data.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! If the export fails or we can't deliver the data, we'll issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
Is there an API available?
